Lee is a former Shrewsbury International School teacher, who has over 15 years of teaching experience. Lee is passionate about creating engaging and fun lessons, where learning is personalised for each pupil and that they are adequately challenged. His overall aim is for children to progress their skills & knowledge, but also their confidence, their resilience and their understanding of the world. Lee believes that we can thrive in any subject when we learn to love learning! He is especially proud of re-writing the entire MFL Spanish Curriculum during his time at Bygrove School and ensuring consistency of teaching & learning so that they were able to achieve 'Outstanding' during an Ofsted visit in November 2023.
